专利说明:
[5] Today's roller conveyors consist of a steel profile where a number of wheels with axles are fixed directly in the steel profile. The runways are sold and delivered in standardized standard lengths. This means that the runways must be cut to the correct length by the end user to suit the desired application. When the user then wants to rebuild, for example, a material scaffolding, by, for example, making it deeper, it means that the runways must be extended and then new runways with the right length must be purchased. [6] If the user wants to reduce the depth, the runways must be cut to the correct length and spills are often formed from the runway which are difficult to reuse. [7] When the wheels in the roller conveyor need to be replaced, for example changing from plastic wheels to steel wheels, wheels for wheels must be replaced in the steel profile, which takes a very long time at the same time as it disrupts production. This results in the wheel never being replaced, but in practice the user buys a completely new roller conveyor where the new type of roller means is mounted from the beginning. This also results in spillage of the runway which is difficult to reuse in other applications. [8] The present invention solves the problems of the prior art in that a roller conveyor, with the features stated in the following claims, can be used for your different dimensions of scaffolding and other material handling systems. The roller conveyor comprises an inner and outer profile as well as roller means, such as wheels, which are mounted to an interconnecting member, such as, for example, rubber strips. [9] The roller track comprises an inner and an outer profile, of which the inner profile can run freely in the outer profile and thereby create a telescopic function. [10] According to one embodiment, the inner and outer profile is in the form of a C-profile where the width of the opening is equal on both the inner and outer profile. The open side also includes recesses which are intended to receive the shaft to which the roller means are mounted. [11] According to one embodiment, the roller means are mounted on a shaft which is intended to be placed in the recesses on the inner and outer projections. [12] According to one embodiment, each end of the shaft of the roller means is mounted to an interconnecting member. The shafts are mounted to the connecting member by a distance at least corresponding to the distance between the recesses on the profiles so that roller means can be mounted and disassembled to the entire length of the profile at the same time. [13] Note that the invention can be combined freely within the scope of the claims. [14] The invention is described in more detail below with the aid of the accompanying exemplary embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: [15] Figure 1 shows inner profile and outer profile [16] Figure 2 shows roller means with shaft [17] Figure 3 shows roller means with shaft mounted to connecting means [18] Figure 4 shows connecting means with roller means mounted to the profiles [19] In the following, a description of embodiments will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the fi gures are for illustrative purposes only and shall not be construed as limiting the scope of protection. Directions should be seen as directions in the drawings. [20] By means of the telescopic roller conveyor, different lengths of roller conveyors can be created in that the profile to which the roller means are mounted comprises a telescopic function. The module-based construction means that conversions of, for example, a scaffolding become very simple and that the runway can be reused even if the dimensions of the scaffolding change. [21] According to one embodiment, the telescopic roller conveyor comprises three different modules: [22] An inner profile and an outer profile in combination with connecting means with roller means create a telescopic roller track. [23] Fig. 1 shows the inner profile 1 and the outer profile 2 according to an embodiment, wherein the profiles are in the form of a C-profile. The inner profile 1 can run inside the outer profile 2 and thus creates a telescopic function. [24] In another embodiment, the profiles 1, 2 may be in the form of a rectangular cross-section. Instead of the longitudinal slot which is found again on a C-profile, there may, for each roller member 6, be cut-out recesses 4, 8 intended to partially accommodate roller member 6 and possibly shaft 5. [25] In alternative embodiments, the bolts 1, 2 may be in any other geometry as long as the inner bolt 1 can run freely in the outer bolt and that there are recesses for shafts and roller means. [26] The profiles 1, 2 have a first side 3 comprising at least one first recess 8 where the width of the recess is as large on the inner profile 1 as on the outer profile 2. The width of the recess determines the maximum width of the roller means which can be mounted to pro fi lerna. [27] In alternative embodiments, the roller means 6 may consist of, for example, wheels, rollers or balls. [28] The first side 3 of the profiles 1, 2 comprises at least one second recess 4 intended to receive the shaft 5 to which the roller means 6 are mounted. The other recesses 4 are separated by the distance which is between the centers of the roller means 6 in the roller track. The distance between the other recesses 4 also determines the maximum diameter of the roller means 6 which can be mounted to the profiles. [29] When roller means 6 with its shaft 5 are placed in the second recesses 4 of the profiles, the profiles are locked to each other in its longitudinal direction. [30] Fig. 3 shows roller means 6 in the form of a wheel with shaft 5 mounted to a coupling means 7. Roller means 6 with shaft 5 are mounted to the coupling means 7 at at least the same distance as between the other recesses 4 on the profiles. By having roller means 6 with shaft 5 mounted to an interconnecting member 7, all roller means 6 with shaft 5 can be mounted or disassembled to the profiles at the same time. Even if the connecting means are cut to adjust for the length of the roller conveyor, they can always be reused by placing several connecting means 7 containing rolling means 6 and shaft 5 along the length of the profiles. [31] In an alternative embodiment, the distance between the roller means 6 may be shorter than the distance between the first recesses 8 and the second recesses 4 on the profiles. In this embodiment, roller means 6 with shaft 5 are connected to an elastic connecting means 7. [32] The fact that the roller means are mounted to an interconnecting member 7 may, for example, mean that they are connected together with string, tape, rubber band or something else which is intended to link the wheels together at a pre-defined distance from each other.
